  21. It sounds to me like Newtek has reached the point where maybe they 
  22. ought to have a dedicated support person(s) to deal on this alias, who 
  23. doesn't write code, probably doesn't make as much $$$ as Allen, but who 
  24. has access to Allen and knows Lightwave well enough to take his place.  
  25. It's never reasonable for the customer base to expect access to 
  26. development staff once a product has reached this level.
